Who We Are
Quick answer: TRAILSTAG is a manufacturer, not a reseller. We produce mid-range hard gun cases (sealed PP, IP67, aluminum) and tactical soft gun bags in-house, and we build private-label lines for distributors, outdoor brands and retailers.
The case you buy from a premium brand and the case we ship in a private-label container come from the same production discipline: injection-molded shells, gasket-sealed latches, closed-cell foam cut to the rifle, and QC on every batch. What changes is who carries the label — and what that costs at your volume.

Do you sell retail, or are you a factory?
Both. You can request quotes on the 30 models in the catalog, and you can also run OEM or private-label production with your own logo, colors, foam layout and packaging.
Are the hard gun cases waterproof?
Our hard-shell cases use sealed polypropylene (PP) shells with compression gaskets. Models rated IP67 hold protection in heavy rain or brief submersion (1 meter / 30 minutes).
Can I get a custom foam layout for my rifle?
Yes. Every case ships with moldable pre-cut foam, and we cut custom layouts to your exact rifle, scope and magazine setup for both catalog models and OEM programs.
What is the minimum order for private-label cases?
MOQ depends on complexity. Standard color and foam changes start lower; full private-label (logo, shell color, packaging) typically starts around 100-500 units. Send a quote request for your exact setup.
